The biggest jumping and dressage riders are coming to Las Vegas
The world’s top jumping and dressage riders are going to Las Vegas, USA, to compete at Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final 2015 that will be held concurrently with Reem Acra FEI World Cup™ Dressage Final 2015 at the Thomas & Mack Center, April 15-19.
A total of 41 athletes from 19 countries have so far confirmed their participation in the FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final. The definite entry deadline is Monday, 6 April at midnight. German Daniel Deusser, winner of the last Final in Lyon (FRA) with Cornet d’Amour, has already confirmed his partecipation to defend his title. With him will compete Rich Fellers, winner in 2012, and Beezie Madden, winner in 2013. Likewise, it’s official that the reigning dressage champion Charlotte Dujardin of Great Britain is set to defend the title she won last year in Lyon with her record-setting horse, Valegro. With Charlotte and Valegro, all the dressage biggest’s names will compete in Las Vegas.
Started in 1979, the FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final is an annual international showdown among the world’s best show jumping horses and riders. In the 36 Finals held through 2014, Germany (10) and the United States (9) have emerged with the most titles, having won the championship nineteen times between them. First held in 1986, the FEI World Cup™ Dressage Final features the world’s best dressage horses and riders.
