Para-Equestrian athletes from 29 nations are ready to compete on the world’s biggest stage in a bid for the most coveted medals in the sport.
The Rio 2016 Paralympic Games will see Para-Equestrian sport celebrate 20 years in the Paralympic movement, with 14 countries fielding teams and a further 15 nations lining out with individuals at the Deodoro Equestrian Centre when Para-Equestrian Dressage gets underway on Sunday 11 September.
Belgian rider Michèle George, individual and Freestyle Grade IV champion, is Animo testimonial since a lot of year. She now competes in Rio with Rainman. She is one of the most successful paraequestrian rider. Named Belgian Paralympian of the Year 2014. Para-Equestrian individual silver medal in European Championship in Kristiandsand 2009 with Rainman and in Herning 2013 with Saganne.
Para-World Equestrian Games team gold medal and silver medal in Freestyle in Lexington 2010 and double gold medal, team and individual, in Para-Equestrian Games London 2012 riding Rainman.
With her horses Rainman, Kingsley Lucky Dance, Sagaminne and Saganne Michele George is having a very successfull top level season.
