Michael Jung easily wins his second FEI Classics title
Michel Jung has reached two records in 2017 season.
German eventing number 1 Michael Jung still secured the top place in the FEI Classics following a win at Kentucky and second places at Pau and Badminton, while he had retired across country after a rare mistake with La Biosthetique Sam at Burgley. This is the second title in a row for the stellar champion. Michael Jung conquered also another record in this season by winning 2017 Kentucky Three-Day Event for a third consecutive time with FischerRocana FST. The FEI Classics is a series uniting the top end of the international Eventing circuit, namely the six four-star Eventing competitions currently on the calendar.
The 34 year Michael Jung, who lives at Horb, Germany, where he has his own stable with his partents Joachim and Bridgette Jung, has won an unbelievable number of medals: starting from 2009 he has won 16 medals considering Olympic Games, World Equestrian Games, European Championship and World Cup Final.
