Shipping
Shipping is available to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, South Korea, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Hungary via specialized couriers.
Shipping Costs
All shipments to countries outside the European Union will be accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item, as required by customs regulations. Shipping is free for orders over €300, excluding non-European countries.
Customs Fees
Customs fees and any import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or other taxes imposed by their country of residence.
Delivery Times
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date. Estimated delivery times from the shipping date are: Italy 2-4 business days, Europe 4-6 business days.
Animo Srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or force majeure events beyond its control. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment progress.
