Right of Withdrawal
Customers who make purchases on our e-commerce website www..com have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please follow the procedure below.
1. Complete the Form
Log in to your account and go to the “Orders” section. Select the order you wish to return and click on “Request Return.” Follow the instructions to complete the request and check your email.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, meaning unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If you believe the return is due to an error or defect in the product, after completing the form, please send at least two photos to [email protected]: one of the product tag and at least one showing the defect or error in the product received.
Refund Process
Once the product’s integrity is verified, we will proceed with the refund via the payment method used at the time of purchase. This process may take up to 14 days from when we receive the order at our warehouse.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).
